What are your business hours?
DW Tutoring operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm, and Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Flexible times may be available by arrangement to support individual needs.

Academic tutoring: English, Literature, HASS, Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, Phonics and university-level STEM and research skills.
NDIS services: Peer mentoring, life transition planning, skill development, public transport training, and self-care support.
Research support: Study design, statistics, ethics applications, academic editing.

Do you offer group or trial sessions?
Yes! Free preliminary assessments are available, and small group sessions can be arranged upon request.

Sessions are personalised using the DW-CONNECT framework, considering your sensory needs, communication preferences, and strengths. Creative techniques, such as storytelling, visual supports, and flexible pacing, are used to make learning accessible and engaging for every student.

How is progress measured?
This varies depending on each client and situation. Progress is monitored through regular feedback, collaborative goal setting, and celebrating milestones. Reporting methods are flexible and can be customised to suit your needs and preferences.

How do you communicate with clients?
You are welcome to reach out via email, text (direct or via socials) or phone. Email is preferred for detailed communication, but all messages are welcome and will be responded to during business hours.

How do I book a session?

What are your payment and cancellation policies?
Payment is due at the time of the appointment or within three business days if invoiced.
